It’s 06:45 and I just finished making 12 loaves of the world’s best banana bread. I just bake them in the 5x3 size loaf pan. Half will go to the gym, four for my wonderful neighbors and two for my freezer. Small size, automatic portion control.. the people at the gym/pool that I go to are the same ones who keep me constantly supplied with Myers lemons, tomatoes, zuccini, grapefruit, apricots and so on. Just a little “thank you” once in a while.

Hi and good morning. The recipe comes from Food Network. Just Google banana bread with pecans and Tyler Florence..best I have ever had.
