Here is my pizza— won’t work for Keto people but allows others to eat a favorite food in a portion controlled manner,
once in a while. Craving resolved without blowing your whole day.

Sodium 890 mg, fats 18, carbs 47, Fiber. 5.5, protein 18, and 409 calories

My daily total is:
1900 sodium, 42 fats, 147 carbs, 19 fiber, and 1168 calories. My carb “goal” is 150– and try to spread it out fairly evenly at 50 a meal give or take. I am not dieting so I have a flexibility that others may not have.
