Woke at 213.4, up 1.0 from yesterday after a few keto refeed meals and some re-hydration. Off to work today and will hold off until dinner to eat. UPDATE: Two cups of coffee at work and lots of walking today. Came home at 212.4 to get back to yesterday's post-fast waking weight. Ate a good dinner but didn't hit 1200 calories for the day. Super low carb, too. Last day of the month and glad to get back from the vacation bloat, which at one point hit 236.8! But I didn't log all my meals and my mind is a blank. I have some photos on the phone and may go back and fill in what I can, but probably going to concentrate on August! Doing OMAD, mostly carnivore, and will attempt to burn every possible ounce of fat I can metabolize in a day. That's currently about a 1400 calorie per day deficit, if my guesstimates about body fat are correct. On to August!
