Happy Friday morning everyone. I just wanted to share a small bit of joy that was freely shared with me. I am really having a rough day with a coworker and some issues that require an email response. I asked God to help and give me a little guidance today. so why in the heck I am talking about this here - what does this have to do with food or diet or anything. Well - I went to get my morning breakfast - the staff in the cafeteria are awesome on a daily basis anyway but I ordered a single pancake because I had a craving for one this morning (don't panic...it is in my WOE and I planned for it) along with my one egg and veg scramble. The picture is what I was presented - I think I got my answer. I hope that everyone has a great weekend pursuing their goals and dreams.
