Had several family birthday celebrations this month as well as the fourth of July celebration. Tried to log it all in. Shot my WOE plan up. Could have been worse. Gave myself brownie points for some of the goodies that I didn't eat. I have some work to do to flush my system out and get back on track. Onward!!
