Super hot here in NORCAL and not getting out much in the afternoon thus the weight is creeping up.😧

it is hot down here in florida too, I just can't handle the heat. I exercise in the house where I can enjoy the ac. sorry I am just a wimp that way!

It has been hot but I still leave the house. It helps to listen to stuff on YouTube to psych my self up
