Celebrate BMI under 25 today, by polishing the truck. 😛
Will try the body composition scales 2 hours after breakfast for a couple of days in Athletes mode. Starting with.

Actually, I’m at 26. Not “normal” until 24.9! But, Way better than 30, where I was and considered obese.
