3 pans into the oven at once to make meals easier the next few days. Each serving contains 4 ounces of boneless skinless chicken thighs and 1.25 cups of broccoli.
If I don't have a plan, I wait too long to eat. By then, I'm tired from a long day of work and suffer from decision fatigue which invariably leads to bad decisions.
