My pics. Of the mango popsicles I made this weekend. Very good, healthier treat alternative for yourself and your kids. 1 mango diced small 1 mango for the blender 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (I used clover honey) 1. 11 oz can of mango NECTAR (I used Jumex 2 tablespoons of Tajin (a Mexican fruit seasoning) Blend the one mango, honey and nectar until smooth. Add the Tajin and stir by hand- don’t blend. Divide the small diced mango pieces between popsicle molds. Add the liquid mixture. Freeze 6-8 hours (best overnight). This is the macro breakdown for the entire amount — sodium content does not include the Tajin. It is very high in sodium. They make a low sodium version but not at the stores I went to, but Amazon carries it. This amount made 6 of the double popsicles for me. NA 90, fat 1, carbs 140, fiber 9, protein 3, cal.540
