Dancing tonight. Should be cooled off by then.
Scrubbed the bird rooms walls over the weekend. If you have pet birds, you know what I mean.
Today was a little snacky, but I have tomorrow off from work so will stay extra at the dance and burn off the extra plus the regular 600 calories from 1.5 hours of contradancing.
Eating well, and kinda don't know what to do with myself now that I don't log my food for an hour a day! So far so good.
Dance tonight, home tomorrow night, maybe the gym Wednesday if it is open July 4? We'll see. My shoulder is still acting up.
