Note to self— this was not homemade creamed spinache, bought it in a rush. Also sodium content was not correct in FS. Subtract about 300 mg. Several FS errors.

I've noticed quite a lot of people do not know how to change salt grams to sodium mg. I look it up on Google and use the traditionaloven.com calculator.
