Woke at 214.6, up 2.4 from yesterday after the feast last night at the BBQ joint and Sonic (with real ice cream). Will do OMAD today and will start to try to flush out the water weight. UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Weighed 214.8 before dinner and did a blood ketone test and only got a .3 millimolar reading. That was disappointing and showed how long those carbs were sticking with me after the huge meal and snacks last night. Denise made some great smothered pork chops (with a keto friendly recipe). I also had some cheese but ate an apple with that (another rare treat). Sad to report that it had 21 net grams of carbs, but it tasted good. Will get tougher on net carbs...

How do you work in so much fiber?? I end up with around 4 g and about 14 carbs most days
