I could only eat two. What a lightweight I've become due to calorie restriction. IDK how these food challenge people eat so much on youtube. It's insane.

Is that today? I thought it was in October. Nah, that was the grand-opening of a new Shipley's a couple of years ago. There's a not-so-new Dunkin' Donuts that I haven't been to, I was thinking about picking up a bottle of Scotch this afternoon, might have to go through the drive-thru.

Yeah, June 1st. Man that fluff filled one hit the spot, I'm at like 1750 calories and it's only 8 in the morning. Time for bed, maybe I can sleep in to fast longer lol.

Fluff-one. lol Ugh. I put on thirty pounds from October through December 31 thanks to mini Baby Ruth bars and a dozen donuts several times a week, among other things.

I almost always put on a good 15-20 during those months but it's mostly cause I get back into winter videogaming and being way more sedentary since I hate being out in the cold. I also quit counting as diligently. I always go into winter determined to not let it happen again but am at a point now where it seems inevitable, lol.

Are you trying to sabotage everyone's will power lol how many fall of the wagon today I wonder.. ? I would say actually seeing this initially you think treat, but after months of no sugar I know that'll actually taste quick yuck and greasy so I'm off to have a juicy peach instead which I know will actually be way more delicious. Interested to know if you felt sick after eating two of those .. possibly eating a whole days calories in a couple of mouthfuls must have felt really gluttonist and depressing?

@Bandrai, nope, don't feel gluttonous or depressed. Still on track to losing fat today. Enjoy your peach on your no sugar diet oh wait, pretty sure peaches contain fruit. Oops.

I'd say yo-yoing applies more to the people who lose a lot and gain almost all of it back. Which is most dieters going by statistics. Sad reality.
