Woke at 205.4, down .8 from yesterday. Started the day with 15 minutes of sunbathing for vitamin D, and then jumped into some chores. Enjoy your weekend, everyone, and fond memories and gratitude for our fallen on Memorial Day. UPDATE: Fasted until 3 pm and ate some ham and cheese on a low carb wrap. Weighed 207.6 at 6 pm (after a nice nap), so the waking weight is today's low. Went to the movies and saw Han Solo (liked it) and stopped for Mexican food after. Ate a large steak salad that has me worried about the morning weigh in! That added to some snacks I had after midnight the night before so topping out at 2100 plus calories.
