Good morning everyone - it is a great day. My pancreas continues to be a real prankster - had a BGL of 74 after a pretty good carb loaded breakfast and snack. I was just feeling shaky and off so I decided to test at 0945. I was at 116 this morning (0530) after a good gym night so I was pretty confidant in my morning meal plan and took my insulin dose as I do every morning. it is always just so interesting in what effects what in the body chemistry. Semper Gumby - this is going to be my mantra for today.

I am making real gains in the gym so I am pleased with the progress. "I have a 9 pack cuz I am Batman" done in my best beatbox rap voice (Lego Batman movie reference - Google it).

No rides this week so far due to rain and thunderstorms. the trade is my fruit trees are loving the water and spring temperatures.

I hope that you all have a great day as well while you pursue your goals on this glorious adventure.
