Kenna Morton's Journal, 17 May 18

I was walking tonight and met the same man/woman and their 4 year old twins that I passed last night. We stopped and talked for a couple of minutes. The kids were all decked out in their little backpacks and running shoes. The couple said that from the time the kids could walk they had activity after dinner. During the winter they put on Mariachi music and danced in the living room for just 15 min., or walked if it was light enough. Now, they will be hiking. Sooo cute and soo in to it. Then they go home and take a bath, read a story and bed time. No sleeping problems for those kids. Building a great lifetime habit.
