Woke at 211.4, down 2.4 from yesterday's pre-dinner reading. Passed a LOT of water overnight. All that saline they fed me at the hospital yesterday had to go somewhere! Blood ketones at a great 2.2 millimolar, so we are burning body fat! Fasting until dinner today and will push a lot of fluids. Have a great Friday! UPDATE: Fasted until about 6:30. Weighed in at 213.8 before that. Do not ask me how I gained two pounds while fasting all day. Took in a lot of water but moved out a lot, too. Not enough, I guess! Enjoyed the last burger and some other goodies for dinner. Waking weight is today's low. Back after it tomorrow.
