Craving chocolate ice cream.. BUT made a better decision and grabbed blueberries, frozen banana, yogurt ( fat free ), Honey, and orange and made a smoothie for a snack.! I LOVE chocolate so for me to make a smoothie instead of having chocolate ice cream ( Kwartha ice cream at that ) is a huge step forward to healthier eating for me! But I don’t regret it at all! Slowly I’ll get better but for now this was a Success! :)

Day two, Yesterday had a great day food wise, went to Starbucks and had my first Beyond meat egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, it’s actually not that bad, got a venti iced coffee black
Then for dinner had Squash, Roast beef with horse radish, roasted potatoes onions and carrots with water to drink. I wouldn’t call that to bad..!
Think my food choices were good for being back a second day!
