Craving chocolate ice cream.. BUT made a better decision and grabbed blueberries, frozen banana, yogurt ( fat free ), Honey, and orange and made a smoothie for a snack.! I LOVE chocolate so for me to make a smoothie instead of having chocolate ice cream ( Kwartha ice cream at that ) is a huge step forward to healthier eating for me! But I don’t regret it at all! Slowly I’ll get better but for now this was a Success! :)

David’s Tea makes a few chocolate teas…get the chocolate feeling with zero calories!! S’mores tea is a personal fave!! Dark chocolate is still good for you too. I am a big fan of all things chocolate!

Kawartha ice cream is amazing! But I buy Reids to support our city’s local industry.

I'm also a chocolate lover. I use to eat 2 to 3 bars at night or a big bowl of ice cream. Now I eat 1/3 cup and sometimes 1/2 cup of Chapman's Dutch chocolate frozen yogurt with 2 strawberries sliced on top. It's really tasty and satisfying my chocolate cravings.

Thank you for the support everyone and all the little tips and tricks!! Last night we had a Italian themed dinner on a charcuterie board, meat and veggies with small pizza slices and salad as well as some fruit. It was overall a great dinner but I only ate 400cal at dinner.. my total Cals were at the very end of the night.. 1,200..

Good choices, good for you.
If you can find organic cocoa powder, no additives, add some to your yogurt and also your coffee. Real treat!
