Today was Leg Day, that means its a hungry day!
My current 2800kCal still shows well on my road to the 1000lb Club. This has me motivated to get to the gym. I've been going in at 2:45am so I can have the gym to myself as well as get myself recorded for form, progress and memories 😄.
Currently I'm at a total of 835lbs. The next few workout are support workouts. Excited to get into next week. One day at a time.
I think I'm losing size in the mid section area... though I'm not taking progress pictures, I feel less bulge when lean to the side.
Eating much more vegetables now to get a fuller feeling with meals. So far so good 👍🏽

Yesterday I got pretty hungry after my pull day. I think the deadlifts did it for me 😆
Got my calories in though!
I'm finding that I'm having to split my meals out to stay "non-hangry" throughout the day. Lunch and Dinner moreso.
Sticking to my carbs under 375g. Protein has gone up a little over the grams per pound of lean muscle.
Only now am I realizing my lifts have gotten much better.
SO, I've decided that I'm going to attempt the 1000 pound club as I've wanted to for a few years now. This will be a fun journey so I am going to be posting more on my Instagram as well to track my progress and check my form.

Tomorrow will be workout rotation 4.5. Time to start pushing progression further. I've gotten quite comfortable with some of the weights I'm at right now hitting max rep ranges. Time to push further!
I hope my slightly reduced caloric intake can keep up. Brining the carbs down, and increasing protein with a slight increase in healthy fats. Gonna need to watch how my digestion takes the increased protein as I was getting upset stomachs previously - though after further research I think it may have been the banana and liquids together.
Let's see how this goes. If it goes well, we will stick to it for 8-12 weeks. Progress pics start tomorrow.

Okay! We are bringing it down slightly. 3000kCal to 2800kCal. Let's see how we progress over the next 2 weeks in the gym.
Happy with my size, I would like less fat around the mid section as well. I know that comes from nutrition. With a less active role in my work and reduced kCal, we need to make adjustments to see results. Lets gooooo!

It's been a little bit since I've written here.
Busy with the family over for the week visiting.
We've been taking them around the city and province and eating was pretty good considering we've eaten alot of fast food since Monday 🥸. Stayed closer to healthier choices and stuck to my workouts even when we were out of the city, we found a sister gym and kept at it.
Alot more sweets this week. Alot less discipline too. But we're back to work and consistency starting tomorrow.
