Finally back on track. No emotional eating. Intermittent fasting is working. Chickpea instead of wheat. Focus on veggies at lunch. Ideal protein shakes is helping

Had fight with Ralf after weighing self last Friday. Totally binged and stayed in bed all weekend. Regained all lost weight and spent this whole week being super good but still over a pound up. Now have plantar fasciitis. Tired of emotional eating and depression
