Finally back on track. No emotional eating. Intermittent fasting is working. Chickpea instead of wheat. Focus on veggies at lunch. Ideal protein shakes is helping
94.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
