Have mercy let me write for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Friday i over did things my day started at 5a.m. and what should have been a normal day turned into working 3rd shift. So I barely ate i didnt sleep and i was up for 38 hours. I drank my food and was over tired so it was really really hard to calm down and fall asleep. So my mother's day came with a price i didn't get anything done. I stayed in bed until noon but my body was awake at 630. I managed to get some situps in. But spent most of my day being LAZY. Now it's off to work to begin a new week. I have rheumatoid arthritis so i am so... paying for my extra work now but i have a date with the gym today. Have a wonderful day everyone

So what a busy day gotta say I'm happy to see the week did good exercise part but the cheetos today set me back some because now my thighs are burning. Lesson of the day what goes in come out sometimes quicker. Curse you nongallbladder it's been five years since the removal of my gallbladder. Ok past my bed time so night night

Alarm just alerted me its time to journal. Busy day but I rocked it. I even made time to walk it out at work. I'm guessing 9:30 for bed.

I started from the bottom. Now I need to keep going. I'm setting up a reminder to journal like I'm on facebook or instagram. I am gonna stop worrying about other fatsecret weigh ins because I see a lot of fake weigh ins. So its about me me me meeeeeee. I'm setting a timer to go to my journal. Night night
