Trying to get crohns disease more manageable. Finding hew things to eat is proving to be hard. Still on a blah diet and body not processing sugar. But I have made my way to the gym and the track. So I am still in high spirits.

Vacation bust stomach bug. My body does not like sugar real or artificial. But i guess thats a good thing.

My system has change i can't tolerate sugary soft drinks or foods so i have been on a bland kind of diet. Something my body can keep up with exercise has cone easier. Just need to get it in mre frequently.
