The scale looks good today.It’s been a roller coaster lately but I think there’s something to this intermittent fasting.Cheers to everyone out there struggling.Stay on track despite the setbacks and you’ll see results.Get outside for a walk

Scale is like a yo yo so back up we go but it’s expected.Despite daily 5km walks and my cross fit (which I am having to do an improvised version at home due to another lockdown) I gained a few lbs but that’s okay.I had a few glasses of wine with a friend so it is what it is.Back on track today.I still am fasting my regular timeframe so at least that’s consistent.
