Why does it seem like every time you resolve to eat better and healthier, there's a party or an outing where you don't have a choice but to eat the food. >:( And then the only thing you can do is try to eat just a little bit, so that you don't go over your calorie limit. :C

It's summer again, and every single summer, I manage to lose weight because I usually stay in bed on my phone or just in general never go down to the kitchen. If I eat, it's only max 500 calories because it's usually one meal a day. Unhealthy, I know, but I can't be bothered to eat sometimes. Even my water intake is reduced. I think I should carry around a bottle from now on. I weighed in this morning and I was so happy!!!!! I have more to go, but this is a good place to be in. If I start to plateau, I'll have to start exercising again.

Over lent, I had given up eating meat, and been on a strict OMaD diet. Eating meat again and going back to a regular/normal 3 meals a day diet is definitely going to cause me to gain weight again, but I don't know how to lower the amount.
