It's summer again, and every single summer, I manage to lose weight because I usually stay in bed on my phone or just in general never go down to the kitchen. If I eat, it's only max 500 calories because it's usually one meal a day. Unhealthy, I know, but I can't be bothered to eat sometimes. Even my water intake is reduced. I think I should carry around a bottle from now on. I weighed in this morning and I was so happy!!!!! I have more to go, but this is a good place to be in. If I start to plateau, I'll have to start exercising again.
