Ok. Here I am, trying to not look (or feel) middle aged. All I have to do is lose 30lbs and keep it off...simple. Or not. I have been carrying an extra 15-20lbs for a few too many years but now (this year)...
30!?
...that's getting depressing. What happened to the good old days of eating whatever I want and never gaining any weight?
