Forgot to put my starter weight for 3rd challenge ,start weight 263 finish weight who knows..... 23 days left of this one. Side note, the higher the # challenge the harder the work out. I am finding it hard now because a lot of the exercises I am to do I simply don't know how to and then have to you tube it so I don't hurt myself. Sometimes I get so frustrated that I want to quit. Is it normal to feel like this?

Tonight I decided to change my goal weight to a closer number and when I reach that then I will put my next goal...... All in all I still want to get back to 174. Baby steps don't seem so out of reach

Time to give myself a kick in the behind to get working out again. To be truthful, I was very disgruntled with my last results. Sometimes it is hard to remember that results are results even if it is not what you expected. Here is hoping that my body does low some weight this week
