Golf was but there’s so much pollen in the air my nose won’t stop running and I sneeze all the time. The dogwood trees are popping out and the redbud trees are in full bloom. The golf course was beautiful. We need some rain and I think tomorrow we are going to get it.
I feel a lot better about my food plan, I really couldn’t go on eating like that.

Well I am happy with the loss, but I was hungry all day yesterday. Today I am going to play golf so that should keep my mind off of food.

I feel so darn good about not dieting I am having a hard time getting back in the groove. I got so I felt guilty every time I ate something that wasn’t in my plan. It was very hard to stick to low carb during the pandemic. I gained! I tried a healthy well balanced plan and I still gained. I am now 15 lbs over my desired weight so it’s back to low carb🙁🙁

It is a very nice day. 69 degrees at 2pm. My first day back on plan went well and so far the 2nd day is turning out to be good also. On low carb it takes at least a week to quit craving and thinking I am hungry. I have done this before so I know what to expect.
