Just a brief check in.
well not to much of a gain considering I should be stress eating like mad by now.
dad's going into hospital. the burden of trying to care for him alone is to much for my mom now. the path is now down hill from here on in. my heart hurts for them both.

no weigh In for me until sat
my dad is in the later stages of terminal lung cancer and I am now at his home. my mom needs support and comfort. they live 6 hrs from me so the weighing and measuring of my health will just have to wait. I'm trying to be careful and watching my carbs still trying to maintain fasting etc . but I fully expect to see a few added pounds by the time I can get home to check.
