Ok. So I'm honestly really disappointed in this weigh in. I've not only leveled off but I'm gaining a little bit on my trend at this point. At the calorie intake that I've had over the last 7 days according to my estimated metabolism of 2,300 and calorie deficit, I should have LOST 1.15 lbs in my trend and I've gained .3 lbs. Hell, over the last 14 days, I should have LOST 2.0 lbs almost exact according to CICO and I've gained .1 lbs.

I know these are minor numbers, but the major issue for me is that IF I'm logging correctly, then my metabolism is either closer to 1,650 calories per day which makes NO sense especially with how active my work day is and with working out 3 days a week, or I'm not logging 500-600 calories each day.

I'm also disappointed because I'm on a 29 day countdown to goal of 10-12% BF and losing ground. I also REFUSE to sacrifice LBM by just cutting calories to basically nothing and reaching goal by fasting. It's just not how I want to live my life. I also don't want to push my goal date again because I failed to reach it.

So in conclusion:

1. I'm frustrated
2. I need to adjust
3. I need to pee
4. I'm going cold turkey on ANY processed sugar.
5. It's goal finals time.

WOE on track yesterday to almost perfection.

Workout seemed a little easier. Still hard though.

Stength: 6x5 squats. PRed at 145x6 for about 168 ORM. (Previous ORM 139) Continuing to learn my strengths and form.

WO: 4 min AMRAP 60 singles, 15 front squat @ 65lb, 10 ring dips, 10 pull ups (medium band), 4 min rest, 4 min AMRAP 60 singles, 15 front squat @ 85lb, 10 ring dips, 10 pull ups (medium band). I got to 3+21.

Added: Bench press. I worked my way up to 7x125 or 150 ORM. This is my first ORM measure. Need to do some lower weight form reps.

My brother-in-law agreed to help me put out the garden and help with canning when it comes due. He doesn't have great soil at home and I have a near perfect location / soil. Been laying everything out and going to just focus on getting a good layout going. They I'll get into the compost bins / greenhouse / etc etc over time. I also laid out the locations for the grapes, apple trees, cherry trees, black berries, raspberries, and blue berries. I'm really looking forward to growing our own stuff!

Oh, and I'm pretty sure one of my hens is actually a dude... crap. Damn drag chick.

Tuesday measurement checks. 
 
AAAAAAAARRRGGGGHHHH... Got your attention? Haha. I have to vent about my workout last night. It was really awesome and also hard as hell. And I was SOOOO close to finishing. So here it is: 

40 lb dumbbell and a box 24" high

10 DB snatches (bell from ground to straight above head alternating)
15 burpees over box (burpee then jump on and over box)
20 DB snatches
15 burpees
30 DB snatches
15 burpees
40 DB snatches
15 burpees 
50 DB snatches 
15 burpees

We had a 20 min time limit to complete.

I was on the freaking ground on my second to last burpee. 1.5 reps away from making the time. 223 of 225 freaking reps (I of course still finished) ugh. I'll make next time. 

I've leveled out a little. No weight change, not BF change, minor LBM change. BF goal still within reach. I really need to push hard this last month. I'm going to try for 4 workouts a week and really hit hard on my needed deficit to get to goal. I met my 32" waist goal today!

Home garden pieces are starting to come together. I got two truck loads of mulch for pathways and inside the chicken run. I'm going to try to start tilling things under this weekend and building the raised beds. Chicks are getting big quick. 
 
Goal Re-statement: 2/2/2017
"On March 31, 2017, I maintain my ideal weight and health by measuring a 10-12% body fat and 32 inch waist. I do HIIT exercise a minimum of 3 days a week and focus on increasing muscle strength and general mobility. I eat in a simply structured manner with focus on lean meats, substantial vegetables, and minimally processed food. My ultimate goals are to lead a medically healthy (low cholesterol, good BP, etc.) lifestyle and consistently monitor those results to help in personal longevity and to be a good example."
 
Actuals:
SIC Fitness: M, Tu,Th joined the "open" competition at the gym
Fasting: I have been fasting until 1145-12 typically each day and done eating by 8-830. Been having trouble getting past 10 am some days without a snack.
 
Cut Plan:
WOE: Eating healthy meals and only when I plan to. Three meals a day at 30/30/40% kcal. Morning fasting 16:8.
WOEx: HIIT M,Tu,Th; Misc cardio and exercise throughout week. I may start going Fridays too.
 
Measurements:
Waist Measure: 32" on 2/28 = -0.75" (32" IS MET!)
BF %: 13.7% on 2/28 = -0.0% (Goal is 10%)
Tues # (based on Trend Weight): 176.8 = +0.1# from 2/21
Est LBM: 152.6 = +0.16#/wk (4 week average) = +0.01# from 2/21
Est Fat: 24.2 = -0.33#/wk (Need to lose 7.3# for 10% goal) = -0.0# from 2/21
