Start weight lifting today and felt weak. Wonder why and find I have a little fever.
We've had a school girl with a bad cold in our home for the past two weeks. This combined with an hour bike ride in stormy rain must have gotten to me.
I don't feel sick, just slow. Can hear my GF is blowing her nose right now. Had almost forgotten how it is to have a cold.
The house was shaking from thunder this morning, heavy rain and so very dark. Felt like having something out of the ordinary, and went and got some raspberries and strawberries. Nice break, feel better and will take it slow for a bit.

'The proven benefits of creatine with strength and explosive power are scientifically irrefutable but creatine is far from a one-trick pony! Other benefits include increased muscle hypertrophy, reduced fatigue, small increases in bone mineral density, protection against muscle damage, and may even help with depression along with a host of other benefits'
Have been wanting to add creatine into my diet, and yesterday I made sure my daily food contain plenty of creatine. I also added a lot of selenium and vitamic c. All without using supplements or anything from plants. Love getting better at my WOE.

Body measurements day and found the following changes.
Neck +2.44%
Chest +5.88%
Waist +1.06%
Hip -0.53%
Leg TR 0.00%
Calf TR 0.00%
Arm TR +4.62%
Arm BR +3.33%
Chest and arm growth. Over the next 30 days less will be eaten. That may help on the waist. Could be that I had an empty tummy when I measured last time, and full tummy this time. Hip went down.
