One of the biggest motivators that crossed my path over the last couple of years is an old dog. This dog looked and acted 20 years old, and transformed to looking and acting like a 5 year old dog in only 6 months by a major diet change. Regret not saving the link to this story, but it's archived clear and well in my mind.

I believe this is playing a role in how I do things now, basically treating myself like I should be this dog. It's not easy to do, but good things often aren't.

Another thing that play on my mind are people that statistically should be dead, but instead live very well amongst us, years after their due date. The dogs diet and these peoples diet are very similar.

What are six dog months.. 3.5 human years maybe. Still have some transformation to do. The joy of feeling better makes it easy to go on. My recent focus on even higher nutrition start to pay off already. I find it hard to believe how clear my eye sight is right now. Just have to keep on going. Things feel right.

Our kidneys alone are able to provide 50% of our need for glucose. This combined with a highly effective liver makes our bodies very capable to deal with the need for carbohydrates all by itself.

Seeing that short video yesterday about how carbs intake destroy our blood makes me very motivated.

Need this kind of defense right now, since my GF is into baking 'healthy cake' again. Wish we had a safe. If we did, I could ask her to keep her cake in there.

Without fail, if I have a piece, I end up having several. It's like shooting up with opium. All I want to do after is to day dream, and do a lot of nothing. Reminds me of my obese days. No energy. With so many carb free months behind me, the negative effect from carbs becomes crystal clear.

Start today with meat and eggs as usual. In my mind I can see the destroyed blood under the microscope. It's gonna be easier to defend myself against that cake today. Better to overeat highly nutritional foods, than touching that junk.
