Much fluctuations with apple pe and varying icecreams. My son even prepared all day smoked brisket for an amazing dinner Saturday... that my Texican cousin hearty approved of.

Feeling stronger today. Tested the waters by going for a 5AM run (part of my new regime). It was wonderful to get out before anyone. My run was a well groomed gravel pit and then on to freshly groomed grass trail (groomed by me yesterday. Mosquitoes annoying on the grass but hitting groomed grass instead of packed gravel was heavenly. Met our majestic stag with his velvety new antlers... which one of my dogs chased into the hills. Good to be feeling healthy again.

Flu like- yes tested for Covid-finding my stomach needs less than my portion.Even though I have reduced the amount I eat at dinner it feels too full after dinner. A after dinner walk is always valued these days as my early morning walk/run.

Weekend blip. Watching a show last night with family and had a peanut butter cheescake made easily in muffin tin- also a carmel bar. I do things like this when not feeling well.
