Back from backpacking, wining & dining in Jasper. Hard to be on one meal a day when climbing in the mountains and food tastes so delicious when outside. (Didn’t try)Daughter and I shared delicious food choices and didn’t stop when we got to our hotel at Pyramid Lake. ... so today back on track. Short hike this morning. Aqua size and now to work- stomach grumbling...

Ive been a little easy on myself these last few days..... and slipped into having little dixie cups- although last night my husband made me a sundae with homemade chocolate sauce. Back on track today... as I watch my daughter transact the purchase of her new 2015 CRV. Now she can do backroads with safety.

What a morning. I decided to run home with the dogs from our cabin rather than wait patiently for my morning coffee to be delivered. On the way we met this beautiful stag. If it wasnt for the dogs I swear he would have continued walking up to greet me. However my dogs finally saw him and off they all did go through the hills. The stag finally came back but the dogs didn’t. So when I got him I hopped on my bike and went looking for them accompanied by my son and husband. We eventually retrieved them but I think this accounted for some of my weight loss today and my late weigh in. Cutting out the sugared tea is also helping..
