Walked this early morning as my body felt tired. The dogs seemed to like the slower rhythm . i went to the pool only to find I am signed ip for tomorrow, so took the dogs for yet another walk on our land by the Peace River. I’m sneezing now as we prepare for dinner with our neighbours. Go away covid paranoia!
Carol I am very impressed by your continual cleansing of your land- and your sweet grandchildren. Excellent weight loss too!

Having a touch difficult with ice cream at night. Im using a harm reduction approach and am only having dixie cups but it is causing my weight loss to come to a halt. On the upside I have increased my pool activity re:lane swims and Zumba classes. Also I am going to bed earlier and getting up earlier. I am enjoying watching the sun come over the hills as I run (or sometimes walk) with dogs.

This hot weather has weekend my resistance for ice cream. I may be in a lull period of weight loss. I know the weather is changing so I am sure my ice cream indulging will too. On another note I went for a fantastic run this morning. Trails with three dogs as the sun rose and the mist descended on the valley.
