This is so weird. I try to eat as much as possible these days, and the scale keep on hovering. It's like the body like to stay at this weight.
Wake up feeling restless and full of energy. Had a normal 6.5 hour sleep yesterday. The muscles feel good, healing complete. Those rest days are boring, but serve a function.

Powerless yesterday. When washing the dishes I realized why. Sore and weak motor control. That last weight lifting session was wild.
Scrossa said Refuel last time I felt weak and I did my best. 16 eggs and around 3 pounds of meat. Annoyed when feeling full, as I wanted to eat more.
Step on the scale this morning, and all is well there. Had ten hours of sleep yesterday with near normal levels of deep sleep. Take that as a sign of muscle healing is near completion.
It is still early days, but I do get an impression that the body fat go down, while the muscle weight go up. Figure I'll get a more clear picture after a month or three.
I do not think I would dare to take on this muscle up project, without clear knowledge about meat being practically zero on the Energy scale. Energy is found in fat and carbs, and I do not do carbs. I've tried, and find carbs makes me weak.
Had my first coffee, and try to judge if the body is ready for tearing up more muscle. Doesn't feel like it is, so I may just have to do another healing day. More meat, less eggs feel right for today.

Near 15 hours sleep. Set my mind to lift till it hurt yesterday and ended up setting a new sleep record after. This 'get some meat on the bones' trip bring changes.

Food prep yesterday and put 24 pounds of meat through my 'pocket size' manual meat grinder. Good sign... it was less exhausting to do this time.
After grinding the meat, I quickly made another seven pound batch of sausages. Forgot to put the asafoetida powder in this time and the sausage taste was less than great. That'll teach me to remember it next time.
Saw my friend with gout in his foot yesterday, and was pleased to see he now walks without a cane. His wife said he's stopped eating the sweet stuff ☺ I suggested taking it easy with bread too for a more speedy recovery. He loves to play golf, but have not been able to for years due to his sore foot. Next goal should be that him and I do nine holes together. That would be cool.

Wake up to a good belly fat feel, and it made me curious on what the scale say. Up a little. I'm like, whatever...not important.
What I see as important is to lift till it hurts, followed by eating meat till it hurts.
In my 'before' pic from yesterday I see my loose skin. I did not expect compliments at all, and do not know how to handle them. I'm sorry, the compliments stumped me. They brought a new spark in me for sure, and I'm deeply grateful. Thank you!
