My 'Energy Meter' read only like 5% throughout yesterday. The body talks, and tell me to rest after those two long days of weight lifting.

Conclusion: Although weight regain after successful weight loss is a major problem in many individuals, relatively few randomized controlled trials have been performed exploring dietary strategies for more successful weight maintenance. Our meta-analysis shows that, currently, only diets with increased protein content have been shown to have a beneficial effect. Diets that combine a higher protein intake
with other potentially beneficial strategies, such as anti-inflammatory or anti-insulinemic diets, may have more robust effects, but these have not been tested in randomized clinical trials yet.

Weight down despite eating 4-5 pounds of meat yesterday. Had to weight myself two times, as I could not believe it at first.
Makes me think of that guy that said meat proteins in reality is -2 calories. Probably because it is hard work to digest them and then have to put them to good use.
Did lots of weight lifting and an hour on the bike yesterday, and do not feel sore much this morning. Will have to wait for the coffee to work it's wonders before deciding what to do today. Good morning.

Start to get a feel for this Eat More to Lift More thing I'm on now. Did around 4.5 hours of lifting and 25 minutes of rowing yesterday. Had fatty food in the morning and lean food in the afternoon. The body feels sore this morning. May need a rest day. Still early days.
