Fatter than I've ever been. Filled with self-loathing. Pain in feet, knee and ankle joints. Legs swollen up to kness. Things must change.

it is amazing how fast I have ballooned. I stopped eating keto and the sugar just went straight to my fat cells. Now I feel trapped. It was summer and a drink or two couldn't hurt right?

When I look back at this, it was when my mom was in hospital with a leg infection and I was back and forth. then she insisted on giong back to assisted living and I had to support her for 3 months and move her into care when that time came. By October I was up 26 lbs...pure stress...it was November when she got into the nursing home and I was a big fat emotional mess. She lost her eye and was competely blind and helpless.
