Yay, now onto a new goal weight! I love this "Fat Secret " program! I can indulge one day and balance out the next day. It allows me flexibility, which is key for me. Along with my Fit Bit I can track my calories burned and calories eaten to keep me honest. I guess I'm a bean counter at heart.

YAY! I'm pretty much there and enjoying it! Managing to eat all the things I like in moderation. This works great for me. I'm not an abstainers!

Hi from the Cottage! Getting closer by half pounds to my goal weight. About 1.5 lbs. left to go Yay! GrandKids have gone home now so food will be easier. Will miss them but will be nice to have some grown up time again!

Going slowly! Grandkids with us at cottage. Much harder to eat mindfully. Hopefully I'm setting a good example.

it's been a good week! Home for the weekend from cottage because of some events in town. so much easier to track my eating when WiFi is readily available. Will be sorry to see my sister go! We have such fun together and are very like minded. Will have to motive myself now!
