overdid it on the Pilates yesterday... increased from 4movements to 8.

Couldn't sleep on an empty stomach so made more adjustments regarding eating after 7p, etc. Same exercise routine, for now, though i have increased reps & hold time. Didn't bugger with my free day. (The exciting thing is that i will wait to have ice cream & cake until a very specific celebration which i will share with you at the time!👍😁) Am eating less calories overall.

No comment, really. Following the same physical regimen tweaked earlier: Tues-Fri, weight lifting; Mon, Pilates, and rest on Sat & Sun. Food regimen is pretty much all over the place (no binging though👍).
Excited about the USOpenTennis tourney this year and the brave 😷participants. N E W Y O R K !!!
I made a couple of interesting dishes this week but neglected to snap a shot of them before digging in😊!

oh emm geee !!! forgot the importance of enough/proportionate iron & potassium when consuming protein (i.e. espcly high amounts). no wonder my body's been bouncing all over the numbers charts!
