I'm eating a lot of the same things every day, but it's easier for me. So far, so good. It's getting a little easier :)

Great dinner tonight. I had a Portobello mushroom stuffed with fresh crab meat. Hubby made some rice (oops--have to go add that in, I forgot!). Instead of wine, I had apple cider. I might as well be really healthy!

Had my favorite meal for brunch. I make egg whites, spinach, half a slice of Swiss cheese, two slice of tomato and add fresh basil and a little fresh oregano from my garden. Having some black coffee with it and waiting for my brain to register that I've eaten--LOL. I'll start to feel full in a bit, but my old habits say, I want more--I liked it! LOL. Going to resist that urge. Later, I'm hoping to make up some cauliflower.

We went out to eat. There's no way I can really count my calories, so hoping just to get somewhere within the "area." I know I'm way over and well, it is what it is. I tried to be sensible. I had about a cup of crab on 3 small pieces of french bread (tiny). I had about a total of 1 cup (if that) of yellow squash and green beans. A cup of Maryland crab soup and 2 5oz glasses of wine. I stayed away from the starches/potato wedges (except for the french baguette and they were small). Everything within reason and trying to be sensible. Yes, I went over, but it's the weekend and we were out :) You can only eat so many salads and so much chicken! I ate my dinner at lunch, which is a huge help! We walked around the stores and I'm going to be cleaning soon.
