It was my daughter's birthday party this weekend. I decided I was not going to count calories or record any food. I needed a break. I tried to be sensible. Only one piece (small) of ice cream cake! The pizza--welll...I had it for breakfast, lunch and dinner the one day, so that wasn't good. Saturday wasn't too bad. I had a flatbread veggie sandwich for lunch and 2 slices of pizza for dinner. More than my usual amount, but not bad for cheating. Then, Sunday--welllll...that's when I was eating leftover pizza. LOL. Back on my diet today :)

I cheated tonight!!!! I REALLY cheated! I ate dinner tonight when I came home and cleaned the house while hubby took my daughter to her tennis lesson. They came home with Chick-fil-a. First off, I almost never eat their product. I don't care for the company, but it was my daughter's birthday and they brought it home. They bought me an 8 piece chicken nugget. I didn't want to enter it! LOL. I was afraid, but this is all about honesty, right? So I entered it and I am still doing pretty darn good! I didn't eat much this morning and I usually try to eat backwards (sandwich for breakfast, yogurt for lunch and fit calories in for dinner). I'm rockin' it! LOL. Yeah, this wasn't good for me tonight, but we all have cheat nights and it was better than I thought. Now, tomorrow--I have to fast or eat celery all day because I want pizza at my daughter's party tomorrow night :)

FitBit is on!!! Food part of the diet is going okay. Adding in walking, then the next step will be exercising.

I'm eating a lot of the same things every day, but it's easier for me. So far, so good. It's getting a little easier :)
