Yup. I went up 2 pounds again, but I'm back on the horse again. I'm targeting 200 lbs by the end of next week. Let's see if I can do it.

Went up 4 lbs. I know that's probably water retention, but I've been eating badly lately and that makes me thirsty. I will be going up North this weekend for 3 days and will be mostly on the trails. Food is hardly on my mind when I'm riding the trails for hours, so hopefully that will help me get back on track. However, there will be no low-FODMAP foods available, I fear. That's ok. Hopefully, the calories burned and lower calories ingested will be enough to set me back in the right direction. I'll try to avoid wheat and lactose. Actually, avoiding lactose (milk) will not be an issue, but things like pizza and hamburger buns will be hard to resist. Before then, I'll try going back to a low calorie dinner for the next 2 days. It has worked for me before. I think the main reason for the 4 lb gain has been the late night eating of ice cream and cookies before bed. If I can control those urges, I think that will be 80% of my battle won.
