DD is moving back home on Friday for an indefinite period of time, so I am gonna have to be mindful of my diet.
I guess I have had it easy to date as it has only been me here, so easy to buy and cook for.
Looking forward to her coming home though!!!

hopping on the scales this morning it showed I had lost 1.5kg. Now although I would love to believe I have lost that amount of weight in only 3 days I do not believe it.
So I am recording my weight loss today as .5 kg.
Next time I hop on the scales if it still shows that weight loss then I shall record it correctly.

weight loss has slowed considerably, but I guess that is to be expected, and at least the scales are still going in the right direction :)
