Back on my week of cabbage soup and its a good way to get back in control I think. So here we go. Started the YWCA and love the Water Silver Sneakers a lot, also the calories it burns are great, definately worth it... Keep climbing.

My 1st day at the YWCA Water Aerobics awsome over did but felt like wet noodle but totally invigorated. This is the only way to do exerrcise or yoga ect. I barly made it up the stairs. But the drive home was so peaceful and I felt like I was finally quite enough for GOD to speak in that still quiet voice of his and I was at peace. A great day. Same to you all. Amen Shalom. Ill be off this walker sooner than I thought I know it.

its like I've lost all momentum and poor choices maby a few pounds is no big deal but I don't want a big deal, I seem unable to pull from my own drive and am just eating what ever is there yes we have had a 3rd of our income lost for what looks like 2 months killer.
So starchy what my son calls solid foods are hi on the grocery list. HATE THIS. Its in my head need it out. Forgive my lack of here just ranting and = pity poty I guess just got to change this soon.

Finally realized I have lost 61 pounds since April 13,2015 and have now cleared all my tests and adjustments to meds and C-pap has made a differance and I have my walker back so getting back to where I feel abler. abler is that a word? well it is for me.. FS Buddies Thank you keep climbing. Amen Shalom. maby by christmas I'll be able to have surgery.
