Hi All. I'm back after eating myself into a sugar/bread frenzy. COVID 19 SIP was a contributor - I just gave myself permission. Not the smartest thing I ever did.😒 Not too many of you will relate to me. I'm 82 years Young and have been on this yoyo for a long time. My first diet was in my 20's - diet pills, which my doctor handed out like aspirin. I've done CICO, Atkins, all protein in the 60's (don't remember name), Cabbage Soup, NutriSystem, Weight Watchers, hypnosis, doctor directed fast, and KETO. Probably others. I've been 106 lbs and I've been 206. I've been on and off FatSecret since 2014. Of all the "diets", KETO way of eating has worked the best - easiest for me. Of course, food is not the problem - my mind is. That's a day to day challenge. I'm back here mostly to keep track of macros. Last time I made some great friends and got/gave a lot of support. I stopped coming here because it seemed that folks were getting a bit snarky and a lot of posting with body building boasting. It just wasn't helpful and I got cranky. 😜 If you're still reading, I'm posting this because I want to ask questions and get/give support. I thought it only polite to offer input.
