OK so I am doing a new diet I could on TickTock Really hoping to thin down things and calfs and arms so know I need to add working with weights

Diet is

14 hours fasting

100 oz. water but I drink coffee

Probiotics with digestive enzymes in AM

100 gm of protein

Magnesium Glycinate at night

I was at 152 and lost 2.2 lbs but probably just writing down my food again still need to add in more weights and balance exercise

I want to get to 140 but really about toning below my waist!

Want to try Keto how can a track the fats proteins and net carbs here

gained about 10 pounds want to go down 10 or 15 pounds

frustrating just lost a paragraph I wrote....

Been awhile still doing Intermedate fasting mostly eat veggies and fruit, protein and few carbs. I love spoonfuls of peanut butter. I actually been working on cleaning out my pantry and freezers.

Can't believe I started this journey 7 years ago and have maintained the 100 pound loss. I really started at 250 more.

So I think I have been through menopause been almost year without any bleeding. No real symptoms so I feel pretty lucky.

Getting ready to walk my 2nd ½ marathon
