I am please I have reached my goal weight. My BMI is 23.1 which is were I think I should be. I will now try to maintain my weight between 73.5 to 74.5 kgs which I have always found difficult to do in the passed. I think 2200 Kcal a day should be about right. The Diabetes Prevention Programme finished on Friday, after going for 40 weeks I am going to miss the people and the support I received, my HbA1c blood test are now in the normal range and keeping my weight and exercise level going forward hopefully it will remain so. With all the support that I have received on FS I feel very confident for the future.

We both got soaking wet this morning walking in the rain, Boris as now got the best spot in the house, it may be difficult to get him on a second walk later today.

Very happy with my weigh loss this week and surprised as I was thinking it would be less of a drop, so 0.9 kg. is just great. Thanks all on FS. for your support, stay focused and happy, Pete.

Eaten my way through almost 3000 kcal. today when I am trying to stick to 2000 or less. I can only hope I will do better tomorrow and get back on track, just realized it is tomorrow, good night all on FS.

I am very pleased I have got below my goal weight. I have work hard over the last week reducing my kcal intake and I have increased my walking to a average of 18735 steps a day, also I have walked uphill more, flights climbed, 173 floors on Wednesday, which is the most I have ever done in one day. It is with the support of all on FS. that as empowered me to work hard, so a big thank you to all on FS. I am now going to reduce my goal weight to 74 Kgs. I was wondering if anyone knows a good way to work out body fat percentage ? as the electric devices don't work for me. i am 178 cm (5ft 10) knowing my body fat percentage will help me work out my goal weight as I have no idea what my ideal weight should be.
